The platform enables users to manage projects, tasks, site visits, contacts, purchase intents, and team collaboration.

Activities conducted under their account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription & Trial
Archudo may offer a limited trial period.
After the trial expires:
Continued access may require a paid subscription
Subscription management occurs via the web platform
Fees and pricing may change with notice
Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to features.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access
Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content
Misrepresent identity
Violation may result in account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, trademarks, logos, and system architecture related to Archudo are owned by Raxira Corporation.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Archudo a limited license to process and store such content for service functionality.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Archudo is provided on an “as is” basis.
Raxira Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws related to Raxira Corporation’s place of incorporation, unless otherwise required by law.
